How much is shipping?
How soon will a pack arrive?
Packing runs 1-3 business days and transit 5-10 business days, so 6-13 business days overall.
What is the difference between seamless and spiral ties?
Seamless elastics are a continuous fabric loop with no join, so there is no hard point to press into hair. Spiral ties are a coil that spreads tension along its length. Both avoid the crimp mark a standard elastic leaves.
Are the scrunchies real silk?
The mulberry silk listing states 100% mulberry silk. Other scrunchies and headbands are cotton or synthetic and are described as such in their own listings.
Can I return an opened pack?
Hair accessories are personal items, so returns are limited to unopened packs within 30 days of delivery. Faulty goods are covered regardless.
Do you sell to salons?

How do I track my order?
A tracking number is emailed at despatch. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and email address.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Yes, at any point before despatch, for a full refund. See the Cancellation Policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Delivery is to United States addresses only.
