Counted by the hundred
CH Monaco works out of West 29th Street in the garment district. The pack sizes here are the ones a household with long hair actually gets through.
Why a ten-pack is not the answer
Hair elastics disappear. They end up in coat pockets, in the car, on somebody else’s wrist and behind the sofa, and a pack of ten is gone inside a month. Selling in hundreds is not a wholesale posture, it is a response to how the product is actually used.
The larger counts also change the economics of choosing a better tie. At bulk pricing, a seamless elastic costs about the same per piece as a crimped one, which removes the only reason anyone buys the crimped version.
Creasing is a construction problem
The ties that leave a dent are the ones with a metal crimp or a hard seam – the tie presses a single point into the hair and the mark stays. Seamless elastics are a continuous fabric loop with no join. Spiral ties spread tension along a coil instead of concentrating it.
Everything grouped under elastics on this site is seamless, spiral or fabric-wrapped for that reason. It is also why the same packs get reordered rather than replaced with a different brand.
Materials, stated
Where a scrunchie is mulberry silk, the listing says mulberry silk. Where it is a synthetic satin, it says that instead. The two look similar in a photograph and behave differently against hair, so guessing is unfair to the customer.
The same applies to the metal pieces: braid cuffs and hair jewellery are plated alloy unless a listing states otherwise, and none of them are precious metal.
