Payment Policy

Payment is processed on order confirmation, for the amount displayed at that moment.

Online checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). The list shown on the checkout page is always the authoritative one. If you would rather order by phone, telephone +1 212-532-5871 during Monday - Thursday, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM (ET). Friday, 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM or email care@monacostyle.shop and we will arrange it directly.

Prices and currency

Product prices are in US dollars. The checkout adds delivery as a distinct line before you confirm.

Security

Card handling is entirely the payment provider’s: encrypted in transit, never stored on our side.

Declined payments

Where payment is declined we do not create an order or take money. Pending authorisations clear at the bank’s pace.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Timings are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
