Shipping Policy
Goods are despatched from New York, NY. Below are the rates, the realistic timings and the process if a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all.

Charges
The delivery charge is $3.50, removed automatically at $25. It is applied per order, not per item.
The checkout accepts United States delivery addresses. No international destinations are supported.
How long it takes
The order is packed within one to three business days and delivered within five to ten thereafter, for a total of six to thirteen business days.
Orders time-stamped after 2:00 PM Eastern are handled on the following business day, as are weekend and holiday orders.
Tracking
Expect a tracking email at despatch. If nothing has updated after two business days, contact us at care@monacostyle.shop.
Damage in transit
Transit damage should reach us at care@monacostyle.shop within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the outer box and the item.
Parcels that stop moving
Parcels that stop scanning for seven business days are traced by us. If the carrier confirms a loss you are not left out of pocket.
Delivery addresses
Please confirm the address is complete, including any apartment or suite number. Reshipping a returned parcel carries the usual delivery charge.
